Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible but please expect a few days delay to the dispatch of all the orders.

If your order went through (SUCCESS), we will send you the confirmation to your order email address within 8 hours.

If you did not receive the confirmation in the time:

• Check your spam mail box.

We kindly ask for 1-3 working days for the quality control and to arrange the best shipment for you. After we ship the goods, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping Policy:

• Free Shipping: Orders over $89 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping fee of $5 applies for orders below $89.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping information email which includes your tracking number.Note: For orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item which takes the longest time.

   • Note: The actual shipping time depends on the destination countries & couriers, and no deliveries take place on Bank Holidays.
